Hi Montezuma,

Please give a name to your Cloud for Customer (C4C) system and recommended is the tenant ID which you can find out by opening a communication arrangement in C4C  which should display the tenant ID. Use the same tenant ID as the name for Technical System and the Business system.

For the System Host Name : please use the host name of C4C (The hostname can be taken from the URL that you use to access C4C).
