Include the select options in top include.

SELECT-OPTIONS: s_date FOR oijne-astdtt.

PARAMETERS : p_time LIKE sy-uzeit DEFAULT sy-uzeit.

SELECT-OPTIONS : s_soldto FOR oijnomi-soldto.
