Hi Mohan,
1) In Dynamic action, when ever we perform any action/Changes ( this may be at Personal Actions ) system automatically check dynamic action corresponding this, here we have the option of "/x" and '/d" , with this we can keep the load of the mail trigger at specific type.
2) if we change the any field and system want to send the any conditional check we use the enhancement
