Hi Waseen,
As you are aware of cube having Additive features.
It is better to have some filter using primary keys as Document number etc.. in DSO and note the results and use the same filter is Cube also.
When you are checking data in cube using listcube, select all needed characteristics which will give you maximum granular level details otherwise you will get additive results.
