Well, in cases like this we advise here to first challenge the requirement: why does your Boss want to get rid of the entries?
DB15 returns QM_CONTROL as archiving object for QAKL and QASE, so you might give archiving a try. If the only other solution (and this might be the case here) would be to mess around directly on the database, then....don't do it.
