It is PDFUC. In condition record we maintain the logical destination to be UPDF which is a dummy printer with unicode. This was solved by using UPDF on the first day, but now the encoding issue reoccurred. The original language and country language is English, but the PDF viewed in mailbox become unrecognized characters which is not Chinese. The billing number e.g.1234567890 was not displayed as number but displayed as unrecognized characters. This is occurred since EHP7 SP7 Upgrade. And it looks fine in SAP Print Preview and SOST print preview. The PDF sent as email attachment also is working fine in Quality System. Do you have any idea and resolution on this?
