All of those are good questions.. In summary S/4 Hana is the acronim for SAP Business suite for Hana.  It is a business suite entirely based on SAP Hana, similar but not the same SAP ERP product. It can be run entirely on the cloud, on premise or you can also create a hybrid implementation.
