We don't have enough information to help you, but could you check for 1 of the GL accounts that is not matching. Look at the lowest level (DSO) at the data and compare it with your source. Is there a mismatch already ? If yes, try to search for the cause :
- filter in infopackage ?
- extraction code contains filter ?
