Also, as mentioned above, while installing SMD agent in standlone mode, I was getting the message 'Windows 2008 is supported'.
Details of SMD Agent installation in standalone mode-
Diagnostic Agent 7.3 SP3 (incl. Host Agent).
Filename : DIAGAGT73SP02...SAR
Proabably, the SMD Agent that I have used would be incompatible for Windows 2003 server.
May be i should try it out using some other SMD agent.
What do you suggest?
Also, do we have the PAM where I can find the SMD agent version that will work for BOE XI 3.1 on Windows 2003 OS Server?
