Outlook Add-in problem with outlook 2013

Hello,

I installed this add-on earlier few weeks ago and it worked fine for a customer demo.

I re-installed it today, and  add-on doesn't get activated.

In developer tab, when I check the COM add-in's , Businessbydesign ooutlook addin is unticked. I cant tick this manually or choose any of those DLL files.

I tried to un-install and install it many times with same result.

Works fine on a colleagues PC with outlook 2013, so wonder what I am missing in my PC!

I have try to delete the registry keys relate to this addin in regedit, and reinstall the add-in with same result. help much appreciated. Message was edited by: Praveen Rangineni
