Hi Sai,
As you said your using only 11,12 and 13 applications, So you can
1. First lock quality system ECC
2. Schedules V3 jobs of respective application and trigger till to get zero records from SM13/LBWQ(depend update mode).
3. Run respective info pack(delta) at BW side, keep running info pack upto get zero records(from RSA7) and move this delta's data to targets.
4. You can cross check delta records at RSA7, against your data sources(App 11,12 and 13), total column will be 0.
After the upgrade you can check the extract str of each data sources, if looks same then ok other wise it may go inactive. again from dev to quality you may need to transport active version of extract str and data source.
