I applaud your determination and initiative! You have a long road ahead, but one that you can surely successfully surmount if you continue to show that you are willing to work hard and do the research. The first first thing you want to do, though, is to narrow your focus. ABAP, SD, and MM are all very different specialties. If you are working as a network administrator, I would suggest you take a closer look at SAP System Administration (also known as SAP Basis) as that more closely aligns with what you are doing today.
