Hi Sigi,
Go to Business Configuration -> Overview. Under Bus Config Search In the Find field enter a string e.g. 'expense reporting' or 'country version settings'. This will bring up the fine-tuning activity Expense Reporting - Country Version Settings. (NOT the activity Expense Reporting <Country>).
That was probably the confusion. I'll attach screenshots in a minute.
