facing that problem in both directions and we took care the object was assigned to the user in ERP and CRM.
The ERP - CRM seems partially solved, CRM ERP no data reaches to CRM.
Note, we are using the external tokenization and in CRM it is must required to activate the card decryption. I believe when ERP is not marked active with decryption and CRM is, there is maybe a communication error in the middleware?
Any further ideas? I also think it is authorization wise.
