Hi Sebin,
1. You had to create new Personnel actions with key from customer
namespace ( table TRESC ), otherwise after system enhancement your changes will be overwritten.
2. After changes you may have some alternatives.
2.1 Include changes in existing Personnel action
2.2 Include changes in new Personnel action
